When, at last, my uncle completed his dream bungalow in Lucknow, it was all as he had dreamt of—spacious rooms, a large lawn, and a magnificent entrance. However, especially in half a year of living there, he started to feel that something was wrong. The expensive furniture could not make the living room feel warm because it was cold and lifeless, the bedrooms were cluttered, and the space outside was used little.

The planning of bungalow interior design is required as much as a small apartment—at times even more. And as I was taught by my uncle, there are a few common mistakes to be avoided that make all the difference between a house that looks empty and a house that seems warm and friendly.
