MOH License Process for Audiologists in the UAE

To apply for the DHA Audiologist License, you must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology or Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized university.
• Valid professional registration from your home country (e.g., RCI in India).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience after qualification.
• Good standing certificate from the licensing authority.

Create Your MOH Account

1. Visit the MOH website: MOH UAE.
2. Sign up for an account, providing your personal information.

1. Attach a passport-sized photo, a copy of your passport, and any other requested documents.
2. Pay the initial registration fee using a credit card or another payment method.
3. Submit your application for auditor approval.

The Primary Source Verification (PSV) is mandatory under DHA.
Through DataFlow Group, your educational, professional, and experience documents are verified directly from the issuing institutions.

1. Degree or diploma certificate, including internship details if applicable.
2. Mark list or transcript (if you don’t have a university mark list, you can submit a college transcript sealed and signed by the principal, providing subject details, marks, and internship information).

4. Experience certificate(s) with a minimum of 2 years of experience, with no more than a 2-year gap. It’s preferable to have 2 years of continuous experience with one employer. Ensure these certificates are genuine and preferably obtained from HR or the Medical Director if your institution lacks an HR department.
5. A good standing certificate from the last employed licensing council (related to your home country license).

2. MOH will assign a Data Flow payment ID and determine the documents required for verification. If you have a previous data flow report, submit it initially; otherwise, they’ll guide you on the necessary payments.

MOH Evaluation Certificate

The MOH Evaluation Certificate is issued by the Ministry of Health (MOH) once you have completed the DataFlow verification and passed the MOH exam. This certificate allows you to search for jobs under the MOH, which includes facilities in Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain—collectively known as the Northern Emirates.

Previously, the Evaluation Certificate was valid for five years, but as of 2025, it is now valid for a lifetime. There is no need for renewal. However, ensure that you do not have a work experience gap of more than two years. If you do, you will need to undergo the DataFlow verification process again.

With this lifelong Evaluation Certificate, you can apply for jobs in MOH facilities. Once you secure a position, your employer or facility will activate your professional license under the MOH.
