Are you an Audiologist from India or abroad planning to work in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)? Dubai offers excellent career growth and salary packages for licensed audiologists. However, to practice legally, you must obtain the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License. This blog explains the step-by-step DHA Audiologist Licensing Process, eligibility requirements, and migration tips for professionals from India and other countries.

To apply for the DHA Audiologist License, you must meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology or Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized university.
- Valid professional registration from your home country (e.g., RCI in India).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience after qualification.
- Good standing certificate from the licensing authority.

The Primary Source Verification (PSV) is mandatory under DHA.
Through DataFlow Group, your educational, professional, and experience documents are verified directly from the issuing institutions.
Documents required:

- Degree or diploma certificate, including internship details if applicable.
- Mark list or transcript (if you don’t have a university mark list, you can submit a college transcript sealed and signed by the principal, providing subject details, marks, and internship information).
- License from the licensing council (submit both the initial and renewed copies of your home country license; renew your license if it has expired).
- Experience certificate(s) with a minimum of 2 years of experience, with no more than a 2-year gap. It’s preferable to have 2 years of continuous experience with one employer. Ensure these certificates are genuine and preferably obtained from HR or the Medical Director if your institution lacks an HR department.
- A good standing certificate from the last employed licensing council (related to your home country license).

If you have all the required documents, please upload clear copies to the DataFlow website.
Make sure not to upload any fake or altered certificates. If you upload a fake document, you will receive a negative DataFlow report, and your licensing process will be stopped permanently. This will also affect your future applications and verification processes.
Ensure that all the uploaded documents are original and authentic.
Also, verify that the facility where you gained your experience is still operational and that they will provide a positive response to the DataFlow verification team.
The DataFlow process usually takes 30 to 40 days to complete.
If any clarification is required, the DataFlow team will contact you via email.
Therefore, upload only clear and genuine documents to the DataFlow website to avoid any issues or delays.
