🩺 What Is Data Flow Verification?

Data Flow is an international, third-party verification process that confirms the authenticity of your professional documents.
It ensures that your education, work experience, license, and Good Standing Certificate are genuine before any licensing authority (such as DHA, MOHAP, DOH/HAAD, QCHP, NHRA, or SCFHS) approves your application.

In short, Data Flow protects both employers and patients by verifying that only qualified, authentic professionals are registered to work in healthcare systems across the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia.

🧾 Why Is It So Important?

A positive Data Flow report is mandatory for license processing in all GCC countries.
A negative or discrepancy report can permanently affect your career opportunities in the Gulf.
Every report is stored in a unified system — so even if you try to apply to another authority (for example, DHA after SCFHS), the previous negative report will still appear.

👉 Once your Data Flow is negative, you cannot work in any Gulf country unless you clear or rectify it.

⚙️ Documents Required for Data Flow:

You’ll need to verify the following:

  • Educational Qualification: Highest degree (e.g., BSc Nursing, MBBS, Pharmacy, etc.).
    • If you have a master’s or specialty qualification, verify both bachelor’s and master’s.
  • Professional License / Registration Certificate: Must be valid and active.
  • Good Standing Certificate:
    • Obtain from your Nursing, Medical, Dental, or Pharmacy Council.
    • It must be genuine and recently issued.(6month validity).
  • Experience Certificate:
    • Must be issued and verified by your HR department or employer.
    • Ensure your employer responds to Data Flow emails or phone calls.
  • Passport Copy and Recent Photo (for identity confirmation).

📢 Important Tips Before You Apply

  1. Never upload fake documents.
Data Flow cross-verifies directly with your university, hospital, and licensing body.
  2. Inform your employer beforehand.
They must respond to verification emails or calls and may face a site visit.
  3. Upload only clear, legible copies of all certificates.
  4. Keep your HR team informed so that they don’t miss the verification request.
  5. Stay updated — each authority (e.g., DHA, MOHAP, HAAD) has its own portal and fees.

💰 Data Flow Fees and Authority Charges

The total fee depends on:

  • The number of documents you verify.
  • Additional university or council charges for confirmation.

For example:

  • Rajiv Gandhi University (Karnataka) – ₹ 6000-8,000 for education verification.
  • Other states or countries (e.g., Philippines, Pakistan, Kerala) may have different rates.
All fees are displayed in the Data Flow portal before payment.
  • The basic fees ranges from 930aed to 1300aed + authority fees+ vat %
