The reason is simple but critical: Medical and healthcare professions are no longer processed directly through the QVP portal.

An official communication from QVP confirms this:
“Regarding your inquiry, we would like to inform you that medical professions are currently not part of the qualification verification program but will be included in the future. In the meantime, please refer to [the] Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) in order to do the required actions.”

This means you cannot simply go to the QVP website and pay. You must follow a new, mandatory first step.

The Solution: The Correct 3-Step Process for QVP Success
To ensure your QVP application is successful, you must link your profile through the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) before you make any payment.
Here is the correct procedure:
- Contact SCFHS First: Your first step is to contact the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. You must submit all your healthcare credentials and documents directly to them.
- Link Your Profile: You need to ensure that the SCFHS team links your professional data with the QVP system from their end. This is a manual step that is not yet visible on the public portal, so you may need to follow up with them to confirm it’s done.
- Proceed with QVP Payment: Only after you have confirmed that your profile is successfully linked by SCFHS should you proceed to the QVP portal to make the payment.
By following this order, you ensure that when QVP receives your application, your data is already pre-verified and linked by the official Saudi health authority, leading to a smooth verification process.
Already Received an “Unable to Verify” Report? Here’s What to Do.
If you have already paid and received a negative report, do not rush to appeal. An appeal will likely fail if the core issue (the missing SCFHS link) is not resolved.
Instead, follow these steps:
- Contact SCFHS and complete the profile linking process as described above.
- Once the linking is confirmed, you can then either submit an appeal or start a fresh application with a new payment.
