3: Customer Contact Services – Customer Service Officer:

• Key Responsibilities Include
  • Servicing customers via voice and non-voice interactions
    • Handling inbound and outbound interactions primarily from PPS customers through the various available channels (e.g. Phone calls, Emails, Chats, PPS Connect)
    • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT) scores meet targets set out for the FY based on an established scorecard
    • Ad-hoc escalations assigned by Duty Managers or Team Leaders
  • Up to date product knowledge in order to deliver accurate and effective services
    • Ensuring Quality Assurance (QA) scores meet targets set out for the FY based on an established scorecard
  • Participation in Lighthouse activities
    • Active participation in the various Lighthouse ceremonies (e.g. Ideation workshops, building and test sprints, provision of feedback during daily standups etc.)
• Requirements
  
  • Applicants should have at least Nitec/ Higher Nitec qualifications
  • Customer oriented, IT proficient and a team player. Keen ability to comprehend, capture, as well as interpret basic customer information with ability to manage difficult customer situations to respond promptly to the needs of the customer.
  • A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette, good written and verbal communication skills will be an advantage.

4: Direct Entry Second Officer:

• Requirements
  
  • Holds a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot Licence with Multi-Engine Aircraft Instrument Rating (CPL/MEIR) with frozen ATPL, or Multi Pilot Licence (MPL) recognized or can be validated by CAAS.
  • Minimum of 200 total flying hours as pilot of aeroplanes. (A minimum of 100 PIC hours will be required for candidates holding foreign pilot licences).
  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level / IB / IGCSE or equivalent, Polytechnic Diploma or Degree. Otherwise, you must have obtained a minimum 5 GCE ‘O’ Level credits (or its equivalent). These must include English, Mathematics and a Science subject, taken at one sitting.
  • Able to speak and understand English with ICAO English Level 5 and above for inflight radio-telephony communications.
  • Myopia of not more than 800 degrees and astigmatism of not more than 300 degrees per eye.

5: Manager Premise Security:

• Key Responsibilities
  
  • Establish the framework and procedures for Premises security operations of SIA premises.
  • Develop and execute a systematic access control policy that governs all SIA premises in Singapore.
  • Engage internal stakeholders to understand their unique requirements and support them with a tailored access control policy.
  • Procure and manage security systems that will achieve Business Units’ (BUs) requirements, ensuring that SIA is compliant with regulatory requirements for premise security.
  • Manage outsourced security detachment of security officers.
  • Support projects for new properties and facilities.
  • Support special events with development of security plans and supervision.
  • Deal with security incidents and provide security advice to BUs and provide support in incident management.

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in premise security management, facilities, or procurement experience, including at least 2 years of management experience in leading a team of security professionals.

6: Revenue Management Associate:

• Key Responsibilities
  
  • Management of overbooking on SQ flights to minimize both spoilage and offloads through Revenue Management (RM) optimizer parameters.
  • Timely review of peak flights for parameter adjustment and monitoring of current/historical booking trends and adjust parameters.
  • Timely review and adjustment/update of Altea Inventory controls or strategies to manage seasonality, especially peak periods.
  • Regular review and analysis of booking data, fare, availability, and trends to improve flight management and forecast.
  • Review booking confirmation requests applying both revenue and servicing considerations.
  • Proactive communications with Stations for planning purposes to ensure uplift and revenue goals are aligned.
  • Pre-emptive management of overbooked flights managed in coordination with stations to minimize complaints and disruptions
• Requirements
  
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Experience in airline reservations processes, revenue management, and/or networks and schedules will be advantageous.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills for extensive interactions with the stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with the ability to spot potential for process improvement.
