This position serves the entire college and could have an office at either our Westminster or
Fort Collins campus.

With three campuses along Colorado’s Front Range,
Front Range Community College is the state’s largest community college. We enroll close to 28,000 students annually from our diverse
service area, which offers a variety of cultural and recreational activities. 

Each year approximately 5,000 FRCC students
transfer to four-year universities. FRCC offers more than 36 career training programs that prepare students for immediate employment and

Who You Are
As a Faculty member of the RN-to-BSN program,
you will provide instruction for students enrolled in the Front Range Community College’s (FRCC) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
college-wide program that will serve adult learners throughout FRCC’s service area. You will play a key role in promoting and ensuring
student success, retention, and completion. You will teach a variety of courses in the fully online environment consistent with requirements
for students to complete their Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. You will participate in the ongoing evaluation of the program,
curriculum, and revise as necessary. You will also participate in recruitment events, admission and progressions processes, and clinical
compliance tracking. In addition, you will work with the program administrator and instructors to ensure ongoing compliance with governing
organization requirements and nursing accreditation. You work individually, as well as in collaboration with colleagues, to develop
innovative curriculum which meets the needs of our diverse population of students. Student retention and success is your top priority. You
will utilize technology and effective teaching strategies to develop students’ critical thinking skills.As a faculty member you act as
a mentor for the part-time instructors. You serve as representative of the department by participating in committees, task forces, and
events at the campus, college, and/or state levels. You may be asked to teach at different times, locations and modalities to meet the needs
of the College. Please note: Although this is an online program, you need to be a Colorado resident on your first day of employment.

Qualifications
Required Education/Training & Work Experience:

• Master’s degree in Nursing from a nursing education program with national nursing accreditation and regionally accredited
  school.
• An active unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse in Colorado.

Preferred
Education/Training & Work Experience:

• Occupational experience in the nursing field.
• Knowledge and
  skills related to teaching adults, teaching methodology, curriculum development and curriculum evaluation. 
• Experience with
  online/hybrid teaching and delivery models.
