🔁 How the Process Works (Overview)

1. You must first visit the Ministry of Health (MOH) to request a covering letter. This covering letter is required for both:

   • ✅ Lower Education Verification (10th & 12th certificates)

   • ✅ Higher Education Verification (Degree certificate)

2. After getting the MOH covering letter:

   • Proceed to the Ministry of Education (MOE) to verify your Lower education certificates.

To access your salary information via the CSC website, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the official CSC portal at portal.csc.gov.kw.

2. Click on the "Staff Login" section.

3. Enter your Civil ID number and password, then click "Login".

4. Once logged in, select "My Data" from the menu.

5. Choose "Financial Data", then "Determination".

6. Click on "Merit Details" to view your current salary information.​

To obtain a salary certificate:

1. Within your account, go to the "Certificates" section.

2. Select "Salary Certificate" from the list of available certificates.

3. Fill in the required details, such as the purpose of the certificate and the recipient entity.

4. Confirm the information and submit your request.

5. Pay the applicable fee of 1 Kuwaiti Dinar via KNET.

6. Upon successful payment, the salary certificate will be sent to your registered email address.​

Alternatively, you can use the CSC KW mobile application:

1. Download the CSC KW app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

2. Open the app and log in using your Civil ID number.

3. Navigate to "State Employee Services".

4. Enter your Civil ID again if prompted, then tap "Enter".

5. Proceed to the "Salary Details" service to view your salary information.​

To request a salary certificate via the app:

1. Within the app, go to the "Certificates" section.

2. Select "Salary Certificate" and provide the necessary details.

3. Submit your request and complete the payment process.

4. The certificate will be available for download within the app or sent to your email.​

The Sahel app also provides access to CSC services:​

1. Download the Sahel app from your device's app store.

2. Log in and navigate to the "Services" tab.

3. Select "Civil Service Commission" from the list of service providers.

4. Choose "Certificates" and then "Salary Certificate".

Submit your request and download the certificate once it's available.

Visit the Official Portal:

Go to the Ministry of Health job application portal to start your application process

Comment your doubts 

For those who haven’t received any emails after the interview, please respond to the same email or make a small update on the Google form and wait for their response.

For immigration clearance, stay confident and don’t panic. 😌 Avoid going at the same time or to the same counter with others. 👥 If you have a relative in Kuwait, keep their civil ID copy and phone number handy. 📜 Make sure all your documents are printed – don’t hand over your phone for any reason. 📵 Don’t show the verification image Kuwait Airways provides unless they ask (because online verification shows your profession). Just provide:

- Visa copy (without medical fit stamp) 📝

- Passport 🛂

- Return ticket 🎫

- Civil ID of your friend or family member 👤

- Boarding pass 🛫 

Hide the police clearance certificate (PCC), visa with medical fit stamp, Kuwait Airways ticket after you get the boarding pass, and educational certificates. 🎒 If they ask why you're visiting, say it's a seasonal visit since winter is starting in Kuwait. 🏖️ Tell them a friend arranged your visa. For accommodation, if you're not showing your husband's civil ID, try to arrange a hotel booking. 🏨 You can get a cancellable return and hotel ticket from any reliable agency – it may cost around 2000-7000 INR. Finally avoid terrific airports (Cochin, trivandrum good so far I know).
