Job Description:
The University of Florida’s College of Nursing, Department of Biobehavioral Nursing Science is
seeking a PhD prepared faculty member with substantive research expertise and training statistical analytic techniques. The successful
candidate will have an established record of research training, including post-doctoral training, strong quantitative research skills,
refereed publications, and a beginning record of funded research. He/she will also have experience working with multi-disciplinary research
teams.
We are interested in creative and highly motivated individuals looking to advance their academic career at the University of
Florida. The candidate is expected to implement a program of research leading to external funding; contribute to the organizational
development of a community of scholars; and, participate in all aspects of educational delivery, including teaching across programs.

Minimum Requirements:
PhD in statistics or related field. Strong
quantitative research background and excellent writing skills are required. Post-doctoral training required.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Participation on funded research team is preferred.
